Camp IHC has been “Home” for Nikko since 2019 as he was recruited in from Long Island by long-time camp members the Eisenbergs. He enjoys the spirit of camp, the escape from the fast paced city, and the diversity of the staff you meet and gain bonds with over the summer. When Nikko first arrived he was Basketball Coordinator and eventually became Basketball Director in ‘21 & 22’ before becoming  Full Time in 23’ as the Athletics Director. The part of the job he loves most is hiring staff, the fairs, orientation, and working with the kids in sports and special events. He enjoys smiling, making jokes, teaching sports in fun ways to create bonds and instill passion into others. Nikko loves to work alongside his IHC family, avid about music and sports of all sorts but emphasis on basketball and hip hop, and spearheading new events for staff and campers with Joey and Casey. You will often see him and his long time friend who he brought to camp and fellow full time member Ricardo together bringing energy, love and excitement through the hills and down the bunklines of camp!
